Digital Radiography Center

The Cecal facilities include a radiography Centre, integrated into the production line and equipped with the most advanced equipment for industrial radiography. The bunker is approved by the National Commission of Nuclear Energy and possesses insulation class that allows you to operate with radioactive sources of high potential necessary for pieces of x-rays with high thicknesses. The images are captured by digital panels of high sensitivity and displayed in real time on a high-definition monitor. An analysis software allows highlight any defects and grade accurately the tone differences and dimensions of all instances, while the original image remains stored in encrypted file.

  Access to the bunker is undertaken directly from the production line and the isolation element allows for radiographs without interruption of other activities.
